Support & commercial terms

1. For six months from the agreed go-live / handover date, AVWEBSO will fix reproducible bugs in the delivered code and provide small changes within the agreed scope without an additional service fee.
2. New modules, major changes, redesigns and new integrations are quoted and charged separately after written scope and price approval.
3. From month seven, ongoing system and server support and small changes cost ₹5,000 per month, subject to client acceptance. Third-party hosting, domain, SSL, SMS, email and other vendor charges are separate where applicable.
4. Report defects with steps to reproduce. Third-party outages and client-made code changes may require a separate assessment.
5. Client supplies required access, content and approvals. Work outside the agreed scope begins after quotation approval.
